Since being licensed to practice law in 1976, I have represented hundreds of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants before the Social Security Administration. Because I understand how the system works, what evidence you need to present to the Social Security judge for him or her to award disability benefits, and how to get that evidence, I am proud to say that over the past 40 plus years I have been able to win a very large majority of the claims I have handled.

I make myself personally available to all of my clients and work each claim myself. When you call me, I’m the one who answers the phone and I’m the one who promptly returns your call if I’m not immediately available.

The initial consultation and investigation of your claim is free. In-home appointments are available if needed.

In most cases I work on a contingent fee (I only get paid if we win) equal to 25% of the past due benefits usually earned by claimants while we work to get the claim awarded.  And $6,000 is the largest fee I can receive even if 25% of your past due benefits is more.
